Everything CallGuard does

45 features in 8 areas: blocking unwanted calls, AI and robocall protection, a complete phone app, caller cards and more. Free, no ads, works offline.

Call blocking

Decides about every incoming call on your phone, before it rings.

Block any number

Add a number once and every call from it is rejected silently. Local and international formats are matched automatically.

Trusted numbers

Numbers you trust always ring, even when strict options are on.

Block a whole series

Block every number that starts with given digits, such as 140 (telemarketing in India) or a country code like +92.

Quick block switches

One tap each: unknown callers (not in your contacts), hidden or private numbers, international calls and, in India, 140-series telemarketing.

Saved contacts are safe

Broad options never block your saved contacts or trusted numbers; only an exact block you add yourself does.

Pause and resume

Pause protection without losing your rules, and resume with one tap.

Works offline and after restart

Blocking needs no internet and keeps working when the app is closed or the phone restarts.

Safe by default

If CallGuard cannot decide within 3 seconds, the call is allowed, so a problem never silences a real caller.

Rejected-call history

Calls CallGuard rejected are listed with the reason for 30 days, and stay in the phone's own call log.

AI & robocall protection

Recognises numbers that other CallGuard users reported as AI voices or robocalls.

Shared AI and robocall list

A number is listed once at least three different users report it. The list is kept on your phone, so it works offline.

Warn, block or off

Warn (default) lets the phone ring with a warning and you decide; Block rejects these numbers before they ring.

Warning while ringing

A notification shows how many people reported the number, with a Block button.

Report AI calls

Report a number from the after-call notification or from History. Reporting needs an account, so one person cannot list a number alone.

Spoofed caller ID

Where the mobile network provides it (Android 11+), calls whose caller ID fails verification are treated the same way.

Daily updates

The list refreshes in the background every day, or right away with Update now.

After a call

Block a caller the moment you realise it was spam.

One-tap Block

After a call from an unknown number, a notification offers Block; it disappears after 30 minutes if unused.

Undo

Blocked by mistake? Undo is offered for two minutes.

Block last caller

Long-press the app icon and tap Block last caller, or ask Google Assistant to open Block last caller on CallGuard.

Phone app

A complete dialer with your recent calls and contacts.

Recents

Your call history with blocked numbers in red, missed calls in yellow and clear incoming, outgoing and declined icons.

Contacts

All contacts with search by name or number; tap to call.

Keypad

Dial pad with key tones, long-press 0 for +, and a clear button.

Save contacts

Create a new contact or add a number to an existing one from Recents or the keypad.

Block, trust and report from Recents

Every call has a menu to block, unblock, trust or report it as an AI call.

Contact and CallGuard photos

Shows contact photos and the profile photos of people who use CallGuard.

Dual SIM and emergency calls

Calls go through Android, which picks the SIM and always routes emergency numbers safely.

Caller cards

Show other CallGuard users who is calling, with your photo and name.

Your card on their screen

When you call another CallGuard user, a card with your photo, name and city appears over their call screen for 5 seconds.

Shown again after the call

If a call is cut quickly, the card appears again for 5 seconds after it ends.

7 colours and 3 styles

Gold, Neon, Royal, Ocean, Rose, Sunset or Midnight, in Classic, Spotlight or Compact layout.

Live preview

See your card while you edit your profile, and show it on screen as others will see it.

Built-in safeguards

No card for a number claimed by two accounts or reported as AI or robocall, and every card says the name was set by the caller.

You stay in control

Turn your card off at any time; lookups need sign-in and are not stored.

Account & backup

Optional. Blocking works fully without an account.

Email sign-up

Create an account with your email and a 6-digit code; sign in on any phone.

Forgot password

Reset your password with a code sent by email.

Backup and restore

Save your numbers and quick-block settings online and restore them on a new phone. Changes from another phone are never overwritten silently.

Profile

Display name, photo from camera or gallery, date of birth, city and country.

Delete account

Delete your account and all its data in the app or on this website.

Privacy & security

Built so your calls stay yours.

On-device decisions

Without an account, your rules, call log and contacts never leave your phone.

No ads, no data selling

CallGuard has no advertising and does not sell or share data for marketing.

Encrypted sign-in

Sign-in tokens are encrypted with the Android Keystore.

Clean photos

Profile photos are re-encoded without location data (EXIF).

Verified updates

New versions are checked against their SHA-256 fingerprint before installing, and Android accepts only updates signed by Aarveta.

Extras

Small things that make a difference.

Other caller ID apps

If another caller ID app also shows popups, CallGuard explains how to switch them off.
